Born and raised in Italy, Antonio’s culinary journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he learned the art of traditional cooking from a young age. Inspired by her recipes and dedication, he pursued formal culinary training, mastering both classic Italian cuisine and the delicate craft of patisserie.

With over 15 years of professional experience as a chef, Antonio has honed his skills over many years working in professional kitchens across the UK. Driven by a lifelong passion for authentic Italian flavours and Mediterranean cooking, he set out to create a unique dining experience—combining gourmet quality dishes with the excitement and flexibility of a food truck.

Antonio specialises in freshly handcrafted meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. His menu highlights comforting dishes like bubbling-hot Lasagne al Forno, crispy Pollo Milanese sandwiches, and Sicilian Arancini—each dish infused with genuine Italian warmth and vibrant Mediterranean flavours.
